Curating art, narrating reality.
A place where creativity and research meet.
Here are our projects:
Metronom is a project space that explores and promotes contemporary visual culture through exhibitions, installations, performances, and talks. It is a place of research and experimentation, where curatorship becomes vision, art turns into language, and dialogue takes shape. Metronom conceives and curates exhibitions, spaces, and publications, building narratives that inhabit the present and look toward the future.
Generazione Critica is an online magazine dedicated to the artistic trends of recent years. Structured around essays, reviews, interviews, and news, it focuses on research and experimental projects within contemporary visual culture. The magazine follows the activities of non-profit organizations, as well as public and private institutions, with a particular emphasis on direct dialogue with artists.
Metronom Books produces artist’s books, limited editions, fanzines, and critical essays, working in close collaboration with the authors. It promotes the work of international artists, presenting their research with particular attention to printing, design, and production details. Each work and each book is the result of a precise and meticulous process, carefully tailored to each project.
DIGITAL VIDEO WALL (DVW) is a showcase dedicated to digital art. A screen active 24 hours a day, it presents projects in themed cycles that use experimental languages connected to new technologies. Through onlife and online research, DVW promotes post-media practices and their dissemination to a wide audience.
