Metronom is pleased to present the new solo exhibition of artist Taisuke Koyama. Lo strano ordine delle cose (The Strange Order of Things) presents a series of photographs by the artist, including works from the series Interface (2019), Revive (2019) and Melting Rainbows (2011) within an installation project designed for the Metronom spaces.
Taisuke's photographic research leads to the conception of works that investigate photographic supports and the material structure of the image: intervening both digitally and analogically in the production process of an image Taisuke leads the observer to discover hidden aspects of image structure. Lo strano ordine delle cose is an invitation to rethink photography and the image, getting lost in the seductive colors and materiality of Taisuke's works.
The exhibition opens at Metronom on Tuesday 20 December 2022 at 6.00 pm.
